Post corona, after giving up hotels with loss, I decided to focus completely again in Ahmedabad only. We took some sales & marketing assignment in dynamic structure.
Harmony Greens, Ozone Tuscany, Navkar Heights, Sanj Upvan are projects we took and sold remarkable inventories. We also started developing, Siddhi Vinayak Homes, a multi use 18 acre project in prime location of Vadodara, Waghodia road.

After one more tough time, coping up due to demonetization and down turn at our major partner brick eagle, all investment from our side was in trouble due to legal issues with land owners, contractors and financers. Looking to ground situation focused back to Dubai till it gets started out. We bring in Gujarat Samachar group in 2019 and slowly solved it completely in Feb 2022 with land document in our name and relaunching the project with ‘Siddhi Vinayak Homes’ as 3 BHK Bungalows.

Very ambitious project with brick eagle 80+ acre township, very remarkable successful launch, very good booking and perfect on paper project. Just got in trouble due to demonetization and our inability to cope up with its effect on project and stake holder overall.

Pursuit of Affordable Housing Book Launch
We were very excited with our new partner brick eagle, and felt that we have bigger reach to affordable housing ecosystem. To document our learnings and experiment we decided to pen down, those experiences/ challenges of business by the way of a book.
We found Naman, a CEPT student to give a shape and to put it together. Finally, we launched it with Maharashtra Current CM of that time, Shri Devendra Fadnavis with other industry stalwarts. The book was well appreciated by affordable housing enthusiasts.

Under brand dbs umang we had launched several projects as Umang Lambha, Umang Narol 1 to 8, Umang Vatva, Umang Sachin surat, and so on.
We were getting attention for our direct interaction, hand holding with the help of ‘Saath NGO’ and understanding & giving solution from customer persepective.
We got several awards, acknowledgements, invitation to share our work in different forums and platforms across the country.
